Is The International English Language Testing System Reliable and Fair?

Please submit your English as a qualification score for Foreign Language Test (TOEFL) or International English Test System (IELTS). The minimum pass score for this assessment is 68. The local English proficiency evaluation fee is 50 dollars, it takes 80 minutes to complete.
