Is China's Time Up?

A house with strong economic power in China may be destroyed with several sands. Mother Nature may annoy China for only twenty years. Many scientists believe that desertification in the western part of China leads to massive population migration and great social unrest (Ding, Bao, Ma, 1998). Other scientists are worried about China's past and see the Western desert helped to overthrow the past dynasty. China launched a massive ecological plan to stop sand from entering the capital Beijing (Pocha, 2008).

China first established the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They modernized the Chinese army and tried to build a factory. However, most commercial companies are managed by feudal bureaucrats who do not fully understand capitalism and market economy. They tried to monopolize the market, which killed the private sector. Most of these companies went bankrupt, but even if the company failed, bureaucracy became rich. Chinese intellectuals began thinking that China should not only modernize the army and open factories but also change the whole political system. They believe that the government needs to help capitalism development. Private enterprises should be formed without government intervention and in order to compete in the market many different companies need to be established.

This white paper will explain some of the basic considerations that companies need to take when entering the Chinese market for the first time. Although these steps may lead to different conclusions from different companies, they can help the company correctly determine the strategy appropriate for China. We will first summarize "not doing" easily, and any foreign company should consider this when it first enters the Chinese market.

So for foreign companies with limited or no experience of doing business, success of entering the Chinese market seems almost impossible work. This white paper highlights some of the biggest challenges facing foreign companies to enter the Chinese market and provides practical advice that can be incorporated into the company's access to the Chinese market and expansion plans I will. The huge scale and scale of China with a population of over 1.3 billion and a land area wider than the United States is a major challenge for other markets including Japan and Korea and other Asian markets. China is indeed a potential huge market for foreign goods and services, but it is also very difficult to understand where these opportunities are and how to access them.
