Is Censorship Unconstitutional?

So, in 2011, the online Privacy Protection Law was the main reason why I wanted to suddenly stop clip calls with the support of senior management. Talking about discrimination against gangs, guns, drugs, rape and women should not abuse the freedom of speech. I still feel that freedom of speech is not as free as it should be.
