In this article, we use copyright law as a way to solve the problem of counterfeiting and intellectual property in China. After briefly introducing the history of the intellectual property law in the US, this article briefly introduces the history of the International Intellectual Property Law. After that, I discussed the counterfeiting of traditional Chinese medicine and examined the protection measures that I can use to fight counterfeit goods. It concluded that China's own laws failed to solve the problem due to a flaw in the justice system. On the other hand, it is difficult for the International Intellectual Property Law to enforce in sovereign states such as China unless policy changes are implemented using illegal measures (such as trade sanctions), and in some cases it is not. The article shows that the real improvement of Chinese intellectual property rights protection must come from within, China is on the right track.

This paper studies the development of intellectual property rights in China in the context of Central America relations. The first part looks at the history of Chinese intellectual property rights system from the late 1980s to the early 1990s and is investigating the intellectual property rights dispute between the United States and China. The authors believe that China's modern intellectual property system reappears when China was opened to the outside world in the latter half of the 1970s.
