This paper studied the phonics method as an important factor in the early implementation of high literacy rate results. English is an audio language. That is, the spoken word is represented by a series of symbolic characters. It consists of five parts, word theory, semantics, grammar, phonetics, and vocabulary. Phonetics involves speech made in language where phoneme is the smallest component. Phonological consciousness is a comprehensive term that sounds introspective by manipulating words and syllables.

A young learner is introduced as a sound of a character (speech recognition) at "Year of Reception" (kindergarten) and usually starts practicing writing characters learning to utter and utter. This early phonological consciousness was taught in a structured way and there were lots of practice hours. Learning to print a character needs to be addressed in a similar structured way, starting with the basic units (letter strokes) that make up the letters and then continuing to combine the units into formal characters.
