Investigating Factors Affecting People's Learning Methods In this subject we will explore factors that affect people's learning methods. Learning is a difficult word to define because it may be used in various situations. However, most people use the term "learning" to acquire new knowledge and skills. Certain learning has the potential to cause permanent change in behavior or take action in some way. In this task I will explore some theories about why this happens.
The first step in the critical thought process is to identify the situation, the problem, and the factors that may affect it. Once you have a clear understanding of the situation and potential people, groups, or factors that may be affected, you can begin exploring the problem and its potential solution in detail. Independent research capabilities are important when comparing discussions on the problem. The controversy means persuasive - this means that the facts and numbers that benefit them may come from a suspicious source, lacking a background or numbers. The best way to solve this problem is to independently check, find the source of information and evaluate it.
PESTEL analysis examined five factors. The framework of Pestel classifies environmental impact into six major categories. Politics, economy, society, technology, environment, and law. These factors are not independent of each other, and a lot of people are connected. For example, technology development has changed people's way of working, standard of living, lifestyle. As one of these factors changes, it affects the competitive environment operated by the organization. (Gerry; Scholes; Kevan, 2005)
