By the end of 2017, Intrum achieves a synergistic effect of operating cost of approximately NOK 190 million per year, and Intrum expects synergies of costs of SEK 580 million annually. Duplication of work, group function and IT country overlap. The related one-time cost to achieve synergy is approximately SEK 725 million.
