Roughly there are six causes or psychological backgrounds that can lead to bad behavior. In this series we will analyze two different reasons for each post and explain how to mitigate this risk. We started from a young age and gradually progress toward more serious factors. The first two factors are not suitable for the playground.

Do you talk to someone while making eye contact with other people. Would you brush your teeth or apply a deodorant on the desk? You totally took an empty train, but for others ... are you sitting next to them?
There are always exceptions, but most of us answer "no" to these questions. There are several implicit rules that force us to act in the way prescribed. You may not even know about them, but they shape what we do everyday. What are the hidden rules that define our world?
They are often called social norms and they are created by the behavior of people around us. This is an ambiguous business code of conduct - we can escape, but we can not solve the problem
But it not only hinders cutting our nails during the meeting, social norms may have a dark side. With unspecified rules, it is more likely that you will be satisfied with unethical behavior if the claim is not related to your duties or that the cost to lie to the customer is normal.
We need to consider social norms of the workplace. You can help talk about acceptable social norms and meaning of ethics, but you can do more to create a moral ambience in the workplace.

If someone asks you what the proportion of domestic labor is, we research worry that we tell us that most people are overestimated. The couple's total estimate exceeds 100%. How can I make sure I do not see fairness?
I think that 'bad' people are doing 'bad', so I think most people will use the wrong pattern of unethical behavior. However, in many cases, excellent employees, excellent managers, and even those considered to be excellent leaders commit misconduct. The real challenge is to understand why "good" people do "bad" things. One reason is that they do not recognize that the problem they are facing is moral. It is not just marketing, finance or other types of issues. Therefore, they often lack the ability to analyze problems from a moral point of view. Therefore, the purpose of ethics training is not to change people's ethics, that is to make bad people better, but to provide tools for enhancing people's sensitivity to ethical issues and effectively dealing with ethical dilemmas .
Most TV programs basically believe that good people sometimes do bad things. There are many reasons why bad guys often make bad things in the battle of power. That is because good people are doing bad things. It is usually best to do the best and end the death. In dreams there is a sort of realism that captures the degraded nature of humans more accurately than most programs. I can not emphasize how well this show is written and how good the character is over the course of time.
A beautiful face does not represent a beautiful heart. Good people may do bad things for various reasons, but in most cases, people know this. I think the first reason why good people do bad things is because they are really not that good. When people actually do bad things such as fraud and adultery, people put aside to make themselves look good. Everyone does bad things, some people make a difference in their lives, but some people are very good at doing what you can not say.
