Taeya Moore, a student of Solon Solon Middle School in Ohio, has created a theme for 2018 Red Ribbon Week. This will be held from October 23rd to 31st and will receive $ 500 as a preventive material for her school.
The annual National Red Ribbon Theme Competition sponsored by National Family Partnership provides opportunities for students and other preventive advocacy groups to become part of history. The awarded slogan will be used in thousands of schools and communities throughout the United States in 2018.
As the nation's largest and oldest drug prevention activity, Red Ribbon Weekly holds a population of over 80 million people nationwide each year. Informed Family is a Florida sponsor of Red Ribbon Week.

Students will participate in various red ribbon activities at their school this week. When you talk about sending your children a non-toxic life, we encourage you to strengthen this important message by making healthy, safe and wise choices to you. The Chemistry Prevention Advisory Committee (CPAC) is an important part of the Fairport Care Community. CPAC is a cooperative partnership between parents, schools, community groups, government agencies and law enforcement agencies. CPAC's mission is to reduce the use of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs by adolescents. They work with the Fairport-Perinton community to maximize the use of resources to educate and empower young people and adults to achieve this mission.
