A brief review of literary research shows that endogenous motivation can improve student's academic performance. The success of combining technology and student achievement is enhanced by the student's essential motivational style. Atlas found a viable incentive style within its personal learning style. The impact of various technologies and ATLAS on the motivational style has not yet been studied, but the importance and necessity of this research has been confirmed by this research.
Likewise, by respecting altruism and self-quest, intrinsic motivation is achieved. This research investigates the motivation of the student and the influence on the achievement of the student. Student grades are increased from 23% to 34% by external and intrinsic motivation. The T values in the two tables show the correlation between the extrinsic motivation of academic performance and the intrinsic motivation factor. In general, the model is very important. Each student has abundant knowledge, ability, talent, and desire coming from various social, regional and political contexts. Some students have many skills for the best school education, and the other way around. However, student motivation is a prerequisite for academic performance (Masitsa, 2008). Useful learning in the classroom depends on the subject's ability to create interests related to subjects.
One of the most important tools in teacher 's weapons cabinet actually belongs to students. Self - efficacy. Self-efficacy affects academic motivation, learning and achievement (American Horticultural Sciences, 2011). Therefore, improving the self-efficacy of the student is important for the success of the student. As a teacher, we can stimulate critical thinking and understanding to increase students' self-efficacy through dialogue, free questions, aggressive strengthening, ease of use improvement, classroom reversal, etc. .
Students are motivated, but the teacher plays an important part in the motivation and participation of the students. The majority of student participation and achievement is explained by teacher and classroom level variables (Hill & Rowe, 1996). The aim of this paper is therefore to briefly discuss the importance of motivation and participation in student learning and behavior, the role of teachers in motivating and attracting students, and recommendations for doing so.
Encouraging students and encouraging participation is not easy for teachers. Most of the motivation is unique to students, but teachers play an important role in actively engaging students. Improving student engagement and enthusiasm is the key to academic and behavioral success. Dr. Tammy L. Stephens is an original evaluation consultant of Pearson.
