Interview with a Residential Advisor

As a hospital counselor, Stephanie R worked in an academic setting for three years during her college studies. Her experience has grown over the past three years. She deals with the range of problems concerning various problems and develops relationships with residents' dorms. Residents, accommodation consultants, hospital education associations (CRE), and postgraduate assistants work together in the dormitory. Team work in the dormitory has to do seminars, advice, follow up of security factors, and monitor dormitories.

A perfect combination of robot consultants, artificial intelligence and manual consultation already exists. SwissBorg has a practical prototype of the platform. In fact, on the other hand, there are various financial experts in the financial ecosystem using obsolete technologies. While block chains are a powerful growth technology, available financial management solutions are still very limited.

I had the opportunity to interview Melissa Estrada, financial advisor to Miracle Mile Advisors, one of the fastest growing Independent Investment Advisors in California. Melissa worked for the US Marine Corps for six years. Melissa has 10 years of professional experience in the financial services industry and collaborates with clients to build their own practices by building long-term, comprehensive goal-based financial plans. She learned many different business courses during her military service, and she ran as a financial advisor now in her career.

The first generation financial advisors consisted of traditional financial advisors and expensive fees to serve customers in a non-digital way and lasted for a considerable period of time. This service inherently attracts very isolated people; those who have enough money in the bank to pay the consultant fee are almost the same as the rest of our monthly expenses. Traditional returns are closely related to investment from traditional stock markets and mature companies. Everyone agrees that 5% annual revenue is good revenue for $ 10 million investment (... $ 500.000). But, if most of us consider a reasonable annual investment such as $ 500, what is a 5% return? The answer is that there is a profit of $ 25 if there is a 5% return on an investment of $ 500.
