Interview with a City Administrator

I interviewed Mr. Regina Bowman, a semi-retirement case manager / specialized consultant at Job Link, the city's labor force program (Personal Communication, March 18, 2014). Mrs Bowman spent 35 years in the city, 20 of whom worked at jobs and 15 years worked at the police station. The purpose of the interview was to understand how Mrs Bowman chose career counseling as the objective of career and life. Before graduating from high school, Mrs Bowman revealed that she had hardly received guidance and guidance from her parents and school counselors.
