This spring, we worked on individual projects in international English. In this project, we select topics of interest and link it to this year's course objective. I decided to write an article about Internet censorship in China. I want to know more because I think that it is very interesting because I chose this theme for my project. We will combine this theme with the purpose of the course, discuss international and global issues of today's world, analyze and discuss the role of English media in the international community.

China's Internet censorship is one of the world's most rigorous reviews. The government prevented Dalai Lama 's website, the oppression of protestors in Tiananmen Square in 1989, the forbidden spiritual acts of Falun Gong, and discussions about many common internet sites. The government considers Internet search companies and media censors in the country as an official "confidential" issue and urged them to block access to foreign sites such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. According to a recent survey, censorship in China was used to suppress the government outside the government trying to stimulate the creation of the citizen for whatever reason - opposing, supporting or not concerning the government. Talking about topics not related to collective behavior is not censored, so the government allows Chinese people to say what they like to their country, leaders, or their policies.

At the Wuzhen Internet conference in 2015, Lu denied that there is an Internet censorship system in China, "When you say" content review ", it is abusing the vocabulary." The Chinese government has learned how to manage the Internet from advanced Western countries, but we have not learned enough. "

The Internet censorship Internet of the Chinese government is also called "information super highway". This is because one person can acquire an unlimited amount of data. As a matter of fact, not all of us can access the Internet like this in this way. There are many obstacles on the expressway in the form of "Internet censorship". There are multiple motives for censorship. It ranges from keeping children away from bad content to government-controlled access to information. In the Internet censorship controversy for many people, the use of the Internet has become a new way of life for university students in particular. From encyclopedia to questionnaire, thesis, magazine article, adult web site, you can access all kinds of information just by pressing a button. Everyone who pays for their Internet service will usually provide space for their web pages and even many free services will provide space for personal networks.
