What can be supported by international law enforcement cooperation mechanism in the investigation and prosecution of piracy conducted in fields other than pirate corner How these mechanisms are useful for investigation and prosecution of piracy. What are the obstacles to successful prosecution of Somali pirates?

Copyright infringement is noteworthy in international law. Because it is generally considered to be the first act to call the concept of universal jurisdiction. Crime of copyright infringement is regarded as a violation of jus cogens, which is a traditional essential international standard that the state must comply with. The sovereign country believes that those who take the risk of theft, trade restraint and maritime communication in the high seas are humane human beings (human enemies). Due to worldwide jurisdiction, pirates can act without opposition by pirate flag states. This represents an exceptional principle, the main principle within territorial territory ("People exercising jurisdiction in the area do not oblige it").

Piracy, international law, criminal or robbery, or other act of violence for private purposes on the high seas or at sea (Encarta 1). Pirates in the Caribbean Sea are hard lives and only apply to certain men. Yes, this is suitable for men. Life as a pirate is extremely dangerous due to serious injury or death. Pirates often board a ship, deprive them of goods, and immediately leave to attack enemy ships. In most attacks, the number of pirates exceeds the number of people performing bloody attack (US 119). That is why their captain does not allow women to become pirates. If a woman wishes to become a pirate, she needs to dress it as if she were a man. This is the reason why history recognizes that minorities are female pirates. There are several notorious female pirates in the Caribbean. Especially the two pirates have an extraordinarily exciting life.

Governor of the Bahamas, people like Woodes Rogers are the biggest responsible persons fighting copyright infringement. Both he and his followers ordered the entire Caribbean, as well as ordering the Bahamas. Many pirates were suspended, many of them retired and few tried to find their luck in the Atlantic. But there is one sure thing. The golden age of copyright infringement is at its end. About 1730 military presence and international anti-piracy law increased, almost all pirates were expelled, and finally the golden age of pirates ended.
