The university's international activities and activities utilize the basic values ​​of international students and faculty members who interact within and outside education and research. Second, the theory of international cooperation is a stepwise research program that faces the limit of its analysis and responds to it. One of the main advantages of formal work is to help researchers clarify their assumptions and overcome their efforts by helping researchers decide their limits.

Since discussing diplomacy, treaties, and alliances more than 2000 years, Thucydides has been working on international cooperation. However, research on international cooperation is surprisingly young. As we now understand, it is revealed that the concept of cooperation is independent in the early 1980s (Taylor, 1976; Axelrod, 1981, 1984), selfishness that brought benefits to all It may be a coordinated act of acting actors.
