International cooperation

The university's international activities and activities utilize the basic values ​​of international students and faculty members who interact within and outside education and research. To be an international institution is essential for the future success of the University of Ostrava, Ostrava's goal is to disseminate and to work in a global environment. Our goal is to establish an effective research and education partnership with universities all over the world, so that stakeholders can promote excellence in learning and research.

We emphasize the contribution of theoretical methods to international collaborative research, but this comment goes beyond the success of the formal model. First, the progress of international cooperation research is intertwined with the substantial knowledge of international politics. Indeed, large and growing research on international cooperation is not directly dependent on formal methods, but it is believed to be deeply influenced by it. Second, the theory of international cooperation is a stepwise research program that faces the limit of its analysis and responds to it. One of the main advantages of formal work is to help researchers clarify their assumptions and overcome their efforts by helping researchers decide their limits.

Since discussing diplomacy, treaties, and alliances more than 2000 years, Thucydides has been working on international cooperation. However, research on international cooperation is surprisingly young. As we now understand, it is revealed that the concept of cooperation is independent in the early 1980s (Taylor, 1976; Axelrod, 1981, 1984), selfishness that brought benefits to all It may be a coordinated act of acting actors. When my welfare relies on others' behavior, personal selfish attitude does not necessarily prevent cooperation in interdependent situation, cooperation does not need altruism or government.

The phenomenon of international cooperation is quite extensive, but reasonable international cooperation methods have common analytical elements. It is often necessary to concentrate participants and their goals on strategic interaction.
