The biggest human task is to try and understand ourselves. Understanding ourselves is important to understand why we have emotions, how we interact within ourselves, what actually happens in our inner psychological conflict Will it happen? The inner psychological conflict can be attributed to a simple decision between right and wrong things. The ancient people expressed this as "I think I am the best" and "I want to do what I really want to do" now.
Both rationality and emotion play an important role in international commerce. Which of these controls depends on whether we are emotional (easily expressive) or emotionally neutral in our approach. Neutral culture members do not tell their feelings, but maintain careful control and uniforms. In a culture with a strong influence, people laugh, smile, face frown and become a sharp face - sometimes crying, shouting, expressing the feelings out of the room. This does not mean that neutral culture people feel cold or ruthless. However, in the course of normal business activities, neutral culture becomes more cautious in monitoring emotions they display. Studies of people who are uncomfortable with certain things in the workplace point out the fact that only a few cultural aid express publicly these feelings.
Reason and emotion are part of human communication. When expressing ourselves, we ask for confirmation from others about my thoughts and feelings. If our approach is very emotional, we are seeking a direct emotional response. "I feel the same." If our approach is very neutral, we need to deal indirectly. It is easy to sympathize with his frustration trying to infer Dutch managers and "exciting Italians". After all, regardless of whether the idea is valid or invalid, the way to test the validity of the idea is by experiment and observation. This makes sense - is not it? Certainly, Italians do not necessarily think this question is very personal, and "rational argument" is completely irrelevant.
