Internal Information System

We recognize important success factors in the development of modern society, but advanced technology is a fundamental requirement everywhere; regardless of who you are and who you are.

We will utilize the latest technology to facilitate smooth communication within the organization.

This IIS 's internal information system is available to the organization and all its members. Some remarkable features are e-mail, forums, reporting systems, storage of their personal documents, sharing of information, and more useful functions.

Currently I use the process classification framework to classify all internal information systems into business processes that I am working on. This helps to determine if there is an overlapping information system in the same business process and whether the information system provides value for a particular business process.

For the purposes of this document, it should be noted that the information system is a system operating in the hotel (as a commercial system) allowing it to communicate internally and with its environment. Therefore, the information system is a subsystem of the business system. Logistics (Supply, original system consists of equipment (hardware) and program (software), but efficient performance requires trained personnel operating system (Lifeware), organization application method (Orgware), system The data processing system is called the information system, and its structure consists of the above system components.

The internal method of the information system is often called the goal of the system. When saying that the system has a purpose, we usually mean that system changes can not be fully explained by changes in the environment. When the system changes the state to achieve its purpose, some basic state changes can be thought of as operation of the system. This is what the system can do internally or externally. In the computer, its main behavior is defined by the instruction set defined by human physical and mental abilities.

The human nervous system receives information from the surrounding environment, processes it, interprets it, and responds accordingly. The nervous system also passes information from one internal system to another internal system. For example, once you put food in your mouth, it immediately causes saliva of the salivary glands to be released. The units that make up the nervous system are called nerve cells or nerve cells. Thus, neurons are structural and functional units of the nervous system. It can be said that the nervous system consists of special cells called neurons. Neurons are the largest cells in the body (they look like wires). Neurons contain the same basic parts as other animal cells, but their structure is particularly suitable for the ability to carry information quickly over long distances in the body. Neurons transmit messages in the form of electrical signals called electrical impulses or nerve impulses.
