Some parts are visible in one body, some are invisible, some are small, some are big, but each part is essential and every part is not an obstacle. Therefore, the team feels that each member is essential and must be recognized for its own contribution to the team.

Some vulnerable interdependencies are exposing the system to partial creative destruction. Each system is unique and each system has countless unique interdependencies. Some people are strongly interdependent, others are very weak. For example, if you take hair off your head, the rest of my body is hardly affected. But if you want to remove my arm, heart or brain, the rest of my body will be seriously affected. This concept of interdependency and vulnerability also applies to progressive systems.
