Intercultural Communication Through Humor

I will investigate this research project closely and I would like to obtain more information about humor and language. What is interesting and how much humor is based on cultural or intellectual development? What I found is that nobody really knows these answers. Research is about humor and communication. In order to further narrow my attention, I chose to use humor to review research papers related to intercultural communication. I chose two studies to analyze what covers both ends of the intercultural humor spectrum.
