As an Agile team member, we promise to learn. However, our learning is opportunistic and often unplanned. We chase the latest sparkling things and get wide and shallow knowledge. A workshop inspired by skills that portrays Dan North and Chris Matt's work draws your own learning adventure based on your current location and future goals.

1. Introduction - Overview of current learning environment. Beyond degrees and accreditation programs, learning requires personal planning and little training. I will outline the method used in this workshop and highlight the application of this technology to two different teams.

2. Skill drawing and self-assessment Participants will self-assess their skills in the two areas of skills required by their team and skills necessary for their own career development (in 2008 it is a bit , It is essential for the remaining two part setting phases). Over the last few years, we have developed a network rendering that helps founder visualize what most people do not see to build wise defense strategies. This is one of our evolving ways to help founder analyze hidden but very careful forces behind the most successful technology companies. In the business world, few companies have maps. Most people lack these basic functions, not maps, so we have what we call maps (story, business flowchart, strategic plan etc). The easiest way to map a business is to begin with user requirements, understand the value chain, and map it to evolution. Even though there are some basic patterns, you can apply these patterns to your map to know things change. There will be more modes, but as you repeat, you need to keep playing the game to learn them. On the map, you can use a common language to communicate clearly with what you want to change. This also allows others to challenge your assumption, which is an important part of learning.
