Emotions are considered enemies if reason is the basis of good decision making. Emotional decisions are seen as impulsive, instantaneous, and irrational. Emotions are thought to hinder the correct decision by distorting the identity of certain information and thereby bias the decision maker. Therefore, we recommend that you keep our emotions aside so as not to disturb the process in making decisions. According to Seo and Barrett there are two factors that determine how emotions influence decision-making: how people experience their feelings and how they treat them. "Method" is the strength or strength of the emotional experience of a given individual. "What they are doing with them" means the level of emotional recognition of a person and the extent to which that person's feelings influence the judgment.

Humans are emotional and rational. Emotions come from many reasons for us. Emotions tend to take reasonable actions. However, emotions can not be ignored. This means to ignore what makes us human. Emotions should be tamed. People should learn to keep them moving forward in order to take action in the calm heart of existing tasks. We classify what we can not control based on tasks and then concentrate on moving leverage under control.
