As a project team leader, the project infrastructure is growing, requiring a true leadership vision that 4 to 5 projects are running at the same time and motivate other users in the organization to share it with the relevant project team. Vision Consensus Formation and Evaluation Implementation of the vision process will be covered in this document with a phased vision implementation process in which a positive vision is developed and developed within this project-oriented organization.
I believe that encouraging shared vision is the beginning of the entire leadership process. Kouzes and Posner say that encouraging shared vision includes imagining an exciting future and involving fighting others with a shared vision. They also said that the leaders have set a target with a positive prospect, looking ahead. Then the leader shares these visions with other people, and if people believe they will benefit from it, people will follow the suit. The leaders communicate with other people and feel that they are going to do what they have to do. This gives people the confidence they need to do their best to accomplish their work.
The second leadership practice is to "stimulate shared vision". This is the leader imagining what the organization is and creating a vision that is achievable and attractive. Leaders tie this new vision to the hope and dreams of his or her supporters who stimulate their enthusiasm and enthusiasm for achieving their vision. The third leadership practice is the "challenge process". A typical leader is a pioneer who knows that innovation and change involve "experiments, risks and failures". The leader feels uncomfortable when you understand the change, then gradually builds confidence by pursuing change and achieving a small victory.
Members of the organization want the leader to understand the future clearly and share their vision with them. Leaders working on a leadership practice motivating a shared vision will help form a clear picture of future goals that anyone can accept and achieve (Knab, 2009). Leaders play an important role while motivating them to work towards a common vision while communicating goals and future plans to employees in an effective way.
