Summary of Innovative Approach to Business Management The same company has been posted on the Fortune 500 list year by year. One of the things in common is their approach to business management. In order for companies to succeed in today's market, companies need to have a clear vision in the form of mission statement and to build a corporate culture that transforms this vision into reality. Companies can not be afraid of change, but accept it as a change, raise the company to the next level and regard it as a way to become a model for other companies to follow.
Successful digital enterprise innovation requires a close approach to managing the digital innovation portfolio. It includes the correct type, quantity and degree of innovation. Experience has shown that it is a reasonable task to manage 10 to 15 digital innovation portfolios, each of which is likely to be 1 percent of company revenues. However, it is important to emphasize that limiting portfolio management to innovation itself is not enough. In order to make the portfolio of digital innovation correct, it is necessary to attract and maintain talent, that is, to foster, acquire or invest in entrepreneurial talent and digital ability, as well as new ideas.
Recently I cooperated with startup and watched a new approach to corporate innovation. Early approaches to corporate innovation by building projects within the business divisions of large companies are numerous. A considerable number of projects were very successful through public perceptions, number of users and technical development. In the past, some of these initiatives were integrated with in-house traditional businesses and products. Others gave them opportunities outside the corporate world, but others were killed because they could not succeed in the early stages of success. Recently, however, apart from these initiatives I came up with the idea of merging them with startups working in the same business field. These projects have produced great value, especially outside the company.
