Innocent Victims of Capital Punishment are Possible

Innocent victims of the death penalty were able to try to imagine that they were convicted of sins you did not commit, and to make matters worse you were told that you died of this crime . For some prisoners of today 's death row prisoners, this nightmare is actually a reality. Death penalty should be abolished as the possibility of acquitting or even death at least once violates all principles of justice. "The judicial system is 100% correct, unlikely, how can we perform 100% irreversible punishment" ("Lock" 2).

The death penalty is immoral and it is an infringement of natural rights. It is wrong for all participants: innocent, criminal, family of victims, and our country. We need to replace the death penalty and the death penalty with the life without parole. This is a safer and cheaper alternative. The death penalty does not guarantee the safety of innocent victims, does not meet our goals and promises, nor does it effectively control crime or close down families of victims. It does not benefit from hatred and does not benefit from the death penalty. A country claiming freedom and justice can not keep accepting it. The death penalty is murder, this is wrong.

In the United States, the death penalty costs a great deal. The death penalty could lead to inequitable and innocent living. The death penalty is an ineffective punishment and should be abolished. Innocent people have been killed.The cost to exempt the death penalty far exceeds the life in other prisons and the death penalty will not affect the change.

The death penalty is irreversible and it is almost impossible to compensate for these tragic injustices. The majority of these incorrect executions are caused by witnesses' wrong testimony, racial discrimination, or inappropriate police work. The possibility of human error can lead to death of innocent life. This harsh and cruel reality is one of the most powerful arguments against the death penalty.
