The purpose of this task is to determine whether informal communication is as important as formal communication in school environment. My initial assumption of the assignment is that both are important for the effective function of the school and the existence of healthy culture in educational institutions. However, I first need to outline the nature of the school used for this study. The school is a comprehensive high school of popular non-sect 11-18 women, 6 of them are 6th graders.
The distinction is mainly administrative. Formal education relates to other informal coverage, such as schools and training institutions, informal community groups and other organizations, and interactions with friends, family and colleagues. Many students suffering from traditional school environments can find their own places and prosper at schools and elsewhere. Future entrepreneurs, innovators, influencers, creative people, and ideological leaders have great potential to develop and form our world in the coming years.
