These people are considered to have physical disabilities and are suffering from physical or mental deficits that affect their lives. These people are handled differently from them and they are excluded from society as they are a bit different from most people. People with severe disabilities as well as others should receive the same opportunities and economic assistance that everyone should receive.

In this paper, we believe that culture of disability and disability has a new disability pattern in literature, and disability art movement has the most clear expression of this model. For the purpose of discussion, we call it a positive model.
