According to the definition of the Oxford dictionary, freedom is interpreted as "unrestricted or controlled conditions; act like you choose and express your rights and power". Because the basic principles of the country are based on freedom and independence, freedom is familiar to most Americans. Symbols of freedom (national flag, Statue of Liberty, Liberty Bell, Sam Ankle, Bald eagle etc) are seen in the United States and remind people of the number of years of freedom achieved over the past 200 years.
This inequality is one of the biggest challenges facing our economy and democracy now. Inequality once accepted is because everyone does not know that inequality is not tolerated. Because everyone has cell phones and can see how inequality is inequality. People know about the smallest African village, and they can see how people in London or New York live. The poorest children in any of our countries can now feel what other people do not have. Therefore, not only there is inequality, but awareness of inequality is also rising. This is an unstable combination for our democracy.
It is an abstraction. Most inequality literature focuses on inequality in the country, but regional inequality is also important. The higher the crime rate is in unequal cities, the more likely it is that people in unequal cities are not happy. When managing skill assignment for the first time there is a negative correlation between regional inequality and urban level income and population growth. High mobility between cities means that we should not study urban level inequality using the same analytical tools used to understand domestic inequality . Urban inequality reflects that fewer technicians live in a particular area. The urban level skill gap can explain one third of the change in income gap at the urban level and the skill gap itself can be explained by historical education model and immigration.
This kind of powerfulness is just about explaining the problem of the winner of the electoral college. Inequality in the size of the country is incorporated into the constitution. There is nothing to fix this problem other than fix. However, inequality caused by the system "computation only ... discard" is not part of the constitution. This inequality was created by the state. Inequality generated by the state is incompatible with the "one person vote" standard. Five years after Grace vs Sanders, the lower court heard this problem. The court acknowledged the strange inequality caused by all passers-by of the winner. However, the court had not thought that inequality was the product of "malicious discrimination", he let it go. The Supreme Court immediately confirmed this decision without any discussion or opinion. This case ceased for almost two generations.
