When you are a full-time employee of a large organization, you tend to be more of a gear than a person. You have a title in 'organization x' and live behind the organization's brand. This will lose the ability of individuals to work independently, but it is important that when you leave the world it begins investing in your personal brand. The only real asset on the market is your personal brand. This combines your presence, experience, reliability, networking and participation.
