Independence Day Celebration in My School - A Report

On August 15, 1947, when the country acquired freedom, this was a red character day in the history of India. It took hundreds of years to break the bondage of slavery. Every year people in this country celebrate this festival with magnificent performances. The main plan is to celebrate in New Delhi's Red Fort. Also, this festival is celebrated in all cities, towns, schools, universities and universities.

Our school celebrates this festival every year. This year, I prepared for everything. In the morning, the students of our school NCC roamed about the main street of the town and played the national anthem (Vande Matram)

Finally, the principal made a short speech. She told the students the highest sacrifices of the great martyrs who gave their lives for freedom. She also said that freedom is very precious and it is very necessary to preserve it.

The principal also told the students to follow the ideals of the great people like Mahatma Gandhi, Nehru, Subahar Chandra Bose. Then more people gave a speech. All lecturers talked about the importance of the historical days. They advise students to become ideal citizens of this country

At the end of the ceremony, the students distributed sweetballs (laddoos). There is also a familiar cricket game between the teacher and the students.

Independence Day is very important for the lives of all citizens. On this day, freedom is sacred, and citizens remind us that we must make every effort to keep it from being threatened.
