Indentured Servants

Contract Servant Contract enslavement is an institutional arrangement to increase labor mobility from Europe (especially the UK) to the United States, a pre-slavery labor system in the United States. It emerged in the state of Virginia in the 17th century and can be seen as a direction of development in the colonial period environment. Contract slavery is the only way for the poor to arrive at colonies, and producers can get cheap labor.

As colonial demand for physical labor increases, the servant of the contract becomes more difficult to obtain and more expensive. The first slave was an African contract servant who was forced to become a contract servant for the rest of their lifetime. By the end of the seventeenth century, slavery in Africa became commonplace in colonies. In the early 18th century, a new law called "slavery law" was passed that regulates the legal rights of slaveowners and the status of slavery. Slaves are doing a variety of work. Many slaves are wild hands working in the southern colonized tobacco field. These slaves work very hard, and are often sneaky. The other slave is a housekeeper. These slaves do housework around the house and help at the owner's shop.

The servants of the contract are similar to other colonial immigration groups, including African slaves and transported prisoners. In fact, the servant of the contract is often called "white slave". All three groups were abused. These groups are also different. A convicted employee is the only group of immigrants and unpaid workers punished for criminal activity. Whether the contract employees are voluntary or mandatory workers, their contracts are temporary and are not enslaved for life like Africans. Contract Servant: The contract servant (including about 50,000 prisoners) has not paid wages for up to seven years. The servants of the contract have little power, they can not vote, they move without permission to leave the house without being allowed to marry, to buy and sell something I will not be allowed. In colonial society, there are only the wealthiest and most influential talented representatives.
