Incomplete Changed and Repeat Grades

Students can not acquire units to take courses before entering university or to incorporate units.

Some Stanford courses may repeat the credit; they are particularly noteworthy in the Stamford Official Gazette. Units can not be repeated in most courses. According to a general university evaluation system, the following special rules apply when students regain courses that may not repeat units.

Regardless of grades, students can re-learn their transcripts, complete only the original grades of the course and replace them with the "RP" symbol (repeating course). The unit and score of the second course will be included in the cumulative score average instead of the level and the first level. Since the "RP" symbol to register for the course can only replace the grade of the completed course, "W" symbol can not be replaced with "RP" symbol.

Students will not be able to take the same course a third time in a row unless they finish their studies a second time and receive "NC" (no credits) or "NP" (failed). When the student completes the course for the third time, the cumulative grade score includes the grades and units of the second and third graders. The "W" symbol is not included in the maximum triple repeat number

Between 1994 and 1995, the score of "I" must be changed to a permanent expression or grades for up to four quarters. If incomplete grades are not cleared within four quarters, the registry office will automatically change it to "NP" (fail) or "NC" (no assessment) for course evaluation method. Students must seek imperfect results at the final class meeting. The teacher can decide whether to approve the request. Teachers can freely decide imperfect conditions such as setting a deadline of less than 1 year. Leave will not stop solving imperfect issues within the deadline. Graduate students with weight loss nature may require exceptions to academic policy and discuss the need to extend their deadlines with their consultants and lecturers.

Please do not re-register on the course which specifies incomplete grades. If a registrant does not receive transcripts of transcripts within one year of an incomplete record, the registration authority will automatically convert incomplete content to F. Only in extreme cases, students can extend the coach 's stipulated time.
