Currently, special education has many obstacles. We live in a democratic country, but many people do not know that anyone should be treated equally at educational institutions. Does society recognize that students with special needs can participate in formal education classes whether they are mentally handicapped or physically handicapped. In this article, we will briefly explain the evolution of inclusive education for students (SEN) who need special education and explain key issues in their implementation. The purpose of inclusive education is to put all children with special educational needs into mainstream schools, but in order to make their education meaningful, we have to overcome many challenges.
