"Pursuing Excellence" is a book covering various economic principles and reasons why large companies are excellent. The first idea Peters discussed was his McKinsey 7-S frame diagram. The chart is very simple, but the way of thinking is very complicated. In their study they discovered that their philosophy is too difficult to explain and tends to forget. They developed this framework to handle strategy, structure, style, system, employee (person), skills, and common values (culture).

There are several advantages to this system evaluation. We use a comprehensive and systematic approach to search, sort and review the found records. The search strategy has been developed, reviewed and enforced by skilled information specialists. We used a repetitive screening and consensus process. There is no restriction on language restriction or issue date. However, there are some restrictions on this review. As evidenced by the two-step progress, there are many challenges to implementing this systematic review. First of all, the original review questions are very broad and difficult to implement in developing search strategies and selection criteria. Specifically, that is a challenge
Terms are searched as keywords for titles, abstracts and subject headings. The inclusion criteria for guiding the types of publications available for review are wide and include all peer-reviewed publications such as original research, case reports, literature reviews, technical guides, review articles, etc. In addition, inclusion criteria are limited to English. Date restrictions do not apply. The search results will be downloaded and imported into RefWorks. In the third stage, the review process consists of two levels of screening: (1) title review and summary review, (2) full text review. For initial level screening, graduate research assistants working under the supervision of the lead author make independent headline scanning and summary review to assess the eligibility of inclusion criteria. Articles that are deemed relevant are included in the full text review
