The purpose of the first paragraph of the Declaration of Independence is to inform the British Parliament and George III about the intention to separate all thirteen US colonies from British rule.
In fact, King George played an important role in expediting the arrival of the American Revolutionary War. Immediately after the Boston Tea Party incident, the King claimed that the generosity of England brought disgraceful disobedience in the Diet.
He supported stronger measures to make the colonies of the United States difficult, and was very happy when the UK parliament passed notoriously intolerable or compulsive acts. These repressive laws inspire the Americans and make them recognize the need for independence declaration (and war).
Interestingly, Thomas Jefferson's first draft was referring to the dependence of the American, but in the final text of the Declaration of Independence, the American text saying "The time has come for people to eliminate the political relationships that are tied to others "I said. ...... "
In the first paragraph I also explained that "declaring the reason for separation". In other words, the purpose of the first paragraph is to prepare George III for future clauses to clarify the settlers' intentions and explain the reasons for their behavior. American colonial leaders want to question the idea of King George. Because they have to be politically separated from the UK.
July 4, 1776, the United States declared independence from King King of the United Kingdom. In the Declaration of Independence, the purpose of the document is declared as a separate paragraph. Then it quickly went into one of the most famous sentences in American history. "I think these truths are self-evident, people are born equally, the Creator gives them definite inequitable rights, these are life, freedom and peace, pursue happiness." Next point Please be careful. 1) I acknowledge that the sentences are all the same. 2) The term creator, as well as all words in the document, is intentionally selected to be open and interpreted in every country, foreign country, or country.
Maintain separation of religious and religious theories from the US government and education system: responsibility in the establishment principle of the United States
Jefferson's main premise, as stated in the first two paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence, states that the purpose of the government is to protect male natural rights and that the government is established by consent of control I will. Natural rights are defined here as "pursuit of life, freedom, and happiness." I believe that some people have these natural rights because all males are equal. If the government fails to protect it, it should be fixed, abolished and replaced.
The most important part of all American history literature, the Declaration of Independence. The theory of natural rights had a major impact on the concept of this first paragraph. Natural rights is a political theory that strongly insists that everyone entering society has certain rights that the government can not deny. The Declaration of Independence was a complete and formal declaration adopted by 13 colonial delegates on July 4, 1776.
When 1776 Americans quoted the Declaration of Independence, they quoted the last paragraph stating that "These unified colonies are free and independent countries, and should be". Indeed, to the best of my knowledge, few people are worried about the beginning of the second paragraph of this document. "These truths are self-evident and we believe that people are equal in life." . However, only the declaration declares independence of the United States.
