Although the objective of this research is not to define or develop these characteristics, it is still necessary to define a baseline of key acceptance leadership characteristics. It is used to evaluate selected leaders. There are many leadership models that have been proposed for explanation and prediction of leadership, but they all have their own important features.
Many researchers have studied and developed a leadership style that demonstrates important characteristics of leaders. These leadership styles include free-firing, dictatorship, participation, situation, urgency, trading, transformation, strategy, teamwork, leadership and so on. Despite these unique leadership styles and respectable features, many leadership styles are not defined as good leadership styles due to lack of outstanding leadership.
Only one leadership style has the characteristics of leadership to define it as special. Leadership style shows outstanding leadership and a transformational leadership style. The ability to emphasize innovative leaders includes transcending the interests of the followers, ethics, moral integrity, setting goals, communicating a clear vision, and strengthening followers. Bass (1999) pointed out that several factors that transform leaders have "beyond" self-interest "through" idealized impact, motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized considerations "(page 11) Identify that you can change leadership skills. A transformational leader with a revolutionary idea not only opens the way for communication between them and the followers but also the key to internal change and development.
