In the field of conflict burden like Syria, disaster risk is rising. In particular, fire is a continuous threat caused by human behavior such as burning the field, inappropriate disposal of garbage, bombing, and so on. These fires cause severe damage to rural areas, threatening people, livestock and land essential to the livelihood of the community. Being able to respond to these fires and help to prevent it is a new and necessary part of humanitarian response in Syria. In order to help Syrians prevent and reduce fire-related disasters through early warning systems and other countermeasures, we are leading the disaster prevention measures. It is necessary to restore the infrastructure, organize efforts to respond volunteers, and improve farmer's risk mitigation measures.
