Importance of Leading with Vision and Goals

Organizational leaders play an important role in the success of individuals and organizations. Leadership alone can not achieve organizational goals. By definition, the leader is "a group leader or commander" (CITE). In this article we assert that the leader can instruct / direct the team to achieve the goal and achieve the mission; the leader must have a clear vision and a series of appropriate goals. The vision of the organization is to organize the future (Clark, 2014).
