Managers often use a series of commands when assigning jobs to employees. This is because it helps to understand who should contact the person in charge who needs to report in case of problems. The command chain (Mahida) has three basic elements. The components are as follows.

The role of military leaders will expand influence beyond the direct command system. Military leaders are direct representatives of the organization and military they represent. As a military leader, you must lead by model and directly represent standards and good behavior. Leaders are responsible for establishing and maintaining positive attitudes and positive expectations and attitudes that create conditions for effective labor behavior.

Army leaders are those who motivate and influence people to achieve organizational goals by fulfilling responsibilities and assigning missions. Military leaders will motivate people inside and outside the command line to pursue actions, concentrate on thinking, and make decisions for the organization's greater interests. By providing a purpose, you can make soldiers see the basic principles of duty; you provide them reasons of action to achieve the desired result. Leaders should provide clear targets for their followers; they do this in different ways. They can use direct means through requests and orders. As time goes by, your men will find you communicate with a consistent command and decision-making approach to build their trust and confidence. Your soldier will eventually read the situation and be able to predict your intentions and actions. This trust eventually leads to a coherent, comprehensive and effective unit.
