Implementing a 10-minute Relaxation and Healthy Snack Time Program for Fourth Graders to Measure the Effects on Alertness and Stress Level

Statement of Issue: The youngster now feels more detailed about nationwide testing, common core and standard pressure than ever. The students were forced into limits, which caused pressure. Students receive a long-term strict class without taking a break and have great expectations for productivity. This research proposal considers ways to alleviate stress and improve student agility by taking a 10 minute break from all cognitive tasks using healthy fruit snacks.

For effective homework and a learning period, a good rule of thumb is about 10 minutes for each elementary school first grader. For example, students in elementary school fourth grade need to get or study about 40 minutes of homework every night. If you find that it usually takes longer than this guide, please consult your child's teacher. When your child is doing homework, explain assignment instructions, give guidance, answer questions, and see what was done. But please resist the impulse to provide the correct answer or to complete your homework. Learning from mistakes is part of this process, you do not want to deprive it from your child.

When I was a junior high school teacher, normal practice was about 10 minutes for each grade in each class. For example, a child in a grade 3 elementary school can do 30 minutes of homework per night. Usually, it is spelling, reading, or mathematics. Third year students in this area are 60 minutes, fourth graders and fifth graders are 90 minutes. The third grade primary school, the fourth grade and fifth grade departmental models are also increasing. As in junior high school, students will have one teacher for each subject. Therefore, if each teacher provides 10 minutes of work to each topic, it corresponds to 60 to 90 minutes of homework. The most important thing is more teacher, more homework. I think that this may be too much for elementary school students.

Although the number of registrations in the Early Childhood Education Program is slightly less than usual, students in Ohio state public schools are superior to colleagues throughout the country in several respects. For example, students in the state in the 4th and 8th grades are more likely to be familiar with reading and mathematics than the typical 4th and 8th grade students in the country. There are few measures to show that the overall quality of the school system is consistent with the graduation rate - Alaska is one of the lowest in all states. Only 74.1% of high school students across the country receive a diploma from 76.1% of high school graduates. The low graduation rate is due to the fact that students do not have teaching materials during key years. Of the fourth grade of elementary school in the province, 35.1% are fluent in mathematics, 29.9% are proficient in reading, 39.4% and 34.8% of fourth graders. Pupils in Alaska's eighth grade primary school may be less proficient in reading and mathematics than students in a typical elementary school eighth grade in this country.
