Impact of the Eiffel Tower on Society

The Eiffel Tower was built in 1889 in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the French Revolution and has been subject to discussion for many years. The tower was designed by Gustave Eiffel and Morris Koechlin and was originally built as a temporary building. This impressive building debris will be dismantled and melted in 20 years. But this did not happen. The Eiffel Tower became a big idol in the world, the tower brought in big revenue and had a scientific impact throughout France and European society.

Gustave Effel admitted the contribution to the construction of the tower and inscribed the names of 72 French scientists, engineers and mathematicians in the tower. Eiffel chose this "scientific call" because he was worried about the artist's protest. At the beginning of the 20th century, prints were drawn, but from 1986 to 1987 it was restored by Exploit de la Tour Eiffel of Societe Nouvel, the company that operates the tower. Maintenance of the tower includes applying 60 tons of paint every 7 years to prevent rust. Since completion, the tower has been completely repainted 19 times. Recently, in 2001, due to environmental problems, this practice was canceled and lead paint was still in use.

Leaving the Mona Lisa and the Louvre Museum, we continued our trip to the Eiffel Tower. A few years ago, I took a picture of a beautiful tower with a green lawn on the background. This time, the Eiffel Tower is in the middle of the restoration project and it is surrounded by walls. I am depressed, but the ice cream cone offers some comfort. It took me a few hours to walk into Champs Elysees and enter Biologique Recherche, my favorite EARTH store. A French woman working there has a perfect skin and its natural elegance makes me feel rough and large. But they are so cute, I almost appreciate it after I bought a bag full of samples.
