Terrorism must exist before the beginning of the recorded history (Merari 1990). Terrorism is the greatest threat to the whole world. For Pakistan and the world as a whole, a black terrorist storm covers the situation in Pakistan as a whole. Well, when we talk about terrorism, it creates terrible pictures for Pakistani people. Pakistan is currently undergoing adverse effects of terrorism. A new aspect of terrorism includes suicide terrorism. Suicide terrorism is an international problem that jeopardizes the well-being of all people, and people of all faiths must strengthen their cooperation with each other to solve this problem.

The focus of this study was on the impact of different working hours and shift shifts on military family conflicts, job satisfaction and health conditions. This study was conducted at 3,122 Dutch army police. (Demerouti, Sabine, Arnold and Euwema, 2004) revealed that non-Caucasian shift work leads to conflict between work and home. In addition, in this survey, it was also revealed that the work satisfaction of shift workers is low, because night shift is affecting marriage and being in tension. Due to the tense role, women are more affected by shift work than men. Compared with family conflicts, it is difficult for them to manage their time at home, interact with their families, care for themselves, create stress, and increase the work of marrying men.

It is more difficult to judge the impact on job satisfaction. External factors related to salary, work safety, working hours will adversely affect work satisfaction, but it can be balanced to some extent by scholar's satisfaction due to internal factors related to work such as intellectual stimulation I can do it.
