Global outsourcing enables organizations to carry out their business without crossing the border. However, as companies are trying to expand their global position, outsourcing is no longer simply a means of cost reduction. Outsourcing combines offshore and onsite outsourcing solutions to achieve revenue and business value growth. Outsourcing is not limited to tools that help achieve business goals and improve operational efficiency. Without technology, we can not implement effective outsourcing solutions.

This background paper focuses on the impact of external development policies on LDC integration and development prospects. This is because that purpose is to consider the inherent dynamics of globalization, partly by considering the limits of domestic or "boundary" development in more detail in four supplementary papers. The state is influenced by international social policies in the areas of government development assistance (ODA), foreign direct investment (FDI), trade, technology transfer, intellectual property, indigenous people's knowledge and immigration. This document recognizes that the least developed countries are diverse groups. Many of Asia's least developed countries (especially Bangladesh) have better performance than Africa's least developed countries. However, considering international restrictions and domestic problems, we will summarize the country with the most lagging development.

In this paper, we analyze the influence of cultural diversity on human development in the United States by classifying diversity into categories such as race, language, religion and so on. Unlike most previous studies focusing on economic performance indicators such as growth rate, we use a comprehensive approach to measuring human development. By using state - level data from the US you can see a trade - off between cost and benefits of diversity in front of a powerful organization.

The impact of economic development on population growth is under consideration and it is appropriate to consider the impact of population growth on economic development as part of this research. Especially for developing countries, it is evident that the adverse impact on the economic development of the rapidly growing population is not properly managed. These negative phenomena are often called population increase expenses (Katzen 1998, p. 233). The trend of population growth is to delay per capita income growth in developing countries and to make income distribution unequal. It also constrains savings and capital investment, thereby limiting the growth rate of the gross national product of that country (National Academy of Sciences, 1972, p. 2).
