Illegalization of Flag Burning Violates the First Constitutional Amendment

Violation of the incineration of the flag violated the initial constitutional amendment. When burning the national flag you need to wonder what our legislators think. This obviously is not the first amendment to the protection of the right of freedom of expression in the United States. The national flag is guaranteed by the Bill of Rights, but it may not be patriotic. It is impossible to start from where you started. Those who make our sacred symbols touch the ground and obviously violate respect will punish them.

This amendment makes the US flag illegal and is now included in a short list of Constitutional amendments proposed by Congress at this conference. The Supreme Court revealed that burning the national flag is a type of political speech protected by the First Amendment - so it is necessary to revise the Constitution to make this law illegal. The last attempt to pass such amendments was in 2006 when it failed in one vote in the Senate. In addition, President Trump has publicly stated that believing that burning the flag should be illegal.

It is currently not illegal to ban the flag in the United States. The US Supreme Court ruled in 1969 that the incineration of the flag was protected by the first amendment. However, people who burned flags may be convicted of despising as having fired without permission. Interestingly, burning the flag until 1969 was illegal. The first ruling of the US Supreme Court on the flag was passed in 1907 by Hortar vs. Nebraska. Most early flag bindings prohibit burning national flags or other ways not respecting national flags. Later, in 1968, Congress passed the slander of federal flag to respond to the American flag burning in the central park as a protest against the Vietnam War. The law prohibits "contempt" against the national flag.

The constitutional amendment banning incineration of the American flag will directly attack the first revision. Fortunately, Congress repeatedly failed to pass such amendments, and the support for the proposed amendment to the flag has declined. Many members argue that the American flag is the least important patriotic idol, but worship of the flag is meaningless patriotism. Advocates of this correction symbolically broke the flag by trying to ban criticism from the government.
