If you were President for a day, what would you do?

This week I reported about the Americas Accommodation Investment Summit in Los Angeles, also known as the first major event of the hotel industry calendar - that is the event that determines the remaining mood and rhythm of the year.

There is no doubt that many of the conversations this week are focusing on politics, but the most interesting thing for me is that people seem to be biased. The hotel industry has fully supported the cards from the beginning and many of the comments seem to reflect the sense that the new government is now beneficial to the industry.

This may be a fact, but at the same time, there are many uncertainties spreading around. Of course, this will be a standard operating procedure, until we have time, we know how frustrating the hotel industry is.

So in Los Angeles this week, my colleagues and I asked frequent questions to everyone we met, and I would like to get your answer. No, this is not President Trump, but it reflects legislative and regulatory changes that took place over the past few years, which will only intensify this year.

Our question is to change or eliminate any regulation or regulation if you have the right to do so? why? How does it affect your business?
