Merchants, skilled workers, salaried workers and others work to make a living, cover the economic costs to nurture themselves and feed their families. The experience and skills that they accumulated through hard work are unmatched, are miraculous with time, and contribute to social development. There are few people who think that you should keep using existing employers, but some think that convert work will be more competent. This article will analyze two aspects of the discussion before commenting.

Few people believe that it is beneficial for employees to work for existing employers throughout the lifecycle. Advocates of this view believe that senior employees understand the function and functionality of their work. It's productive for the company. Their long term relationship with their qualifications gives them the right to enjoy great value chips, pensions, long holidays, loans and other rewards in the future. Furthermore, by working with the same company, we can improve the relationship between employees and employers. Employees can use the hierarchy to acquire managerial positions normally secured for reliable senior employees. For example, during recession, companies maintained senior employees, and in many cases new employees were fired for cost reduction. In addition, they settle on their existing jobs, changing workplaces can confuse their lives. As long as the company is financially stable and employees take on the right risks, even if they do the same work they are harmless.

On the contrary, at other schools we think that career path should be saturated and if people judge that they have not acquired new skills, they should change jobs. Especially in the early stages of conversion, conversion work helps to obtain financial support as employees get more incentives and better pay systems. In addition, there are few multinational companies like employees working in different industries, and these industries are important for their development. In addition, the company believes that employees are increasingly relying on them, lacking the courage and skills necessary to find other jobs that are useful for their own benefit.

In short, the above provides a theoretical basis for supporting these two perspectives. But I personally believe that they should continue to hire the same employer as long as they are accessing senior positions through competitive salaries, risks, training, and hierarchies.

People tend to be different if they become frequent to change work or not. On the other hand, many people think that the same work should be continued throughout life, but the other proposals are not.
