Obesity is one of the biggest health problems that we face today. Obesity people are more likely to develop diabetes, heart disease, stroke. Obesity affects children and adults. In this article I will explain the cause of obesity and propose a solution.

Obesity is a byproduct of our modern lifestyle. Everyone is busy. I do not have time to cook or energy. Therefore, we purchase high calorie, additives and preservatives packaged foods. Currently, many families are eating pizza, hamburgers, fried potatoes, cheese and fish. They do not eat fruits and vegetables

Another reason for obesity is the sedentary lifestyle that most of us have for a long time. Our work does not require us to actively participate. The government can prevent people from eating fast food by spreading awareness of the health problems they cause and increasing taxes on them.
