Such doctrines, myths, etc. refer to some political and social plans such as fascist planning, and means to practice them.

Ideology is usually of political or religious nature. Not all political and religious beliefs constitute ideology, but legitimacy should be considered synonymous. For example, merely falling to the left or right of the political range does not make that person a theorist, simply excluding other options based on a specific political doctrine. Likewise, striped religious fundamentalism means inevitably claiming the exact interpretation of the Bible and other doctrines, despising all other interpretations and religious traditions.
