Identity Crisis in The Bear that Wasn´t by Frank Tashlin

A true novel by Frank Taaslin, "non-bear" is about a bear who hibernates in his cave and wakes up in the factory. The factory covered his former beautiful forest and people he did not know around him. Everyone thinks that he is one of the factory workers when he is really just a bear. This story shows a bear's perception of his identity and his perception of society. Society sees people through their profession, not through the real identity of this person.

From the perspective of the third person narrator, Frank Tairstin's "no bear" tracks bears through his personal identity crisis. The story begins with the hero and the bear goes into hibernation. To my surprise, when he woke up he built a factory above the hibernating cave. He entered the factory and began a series of encounters, whereby he began to ask himself who he was. For the first time, he saw the president who told him to go back to work. This confused the bear, telling the president that it is not a worker, but a bear, not a worker. The foreman is the first of many people who tells him that he is not a bear, a bearded man. Then he continued the command line of the factory until he met the president and the president also said that he was not a bear because he belonged to the circus and the zoo. Then they went to the zoo and the circus, where he did not like them, he told him that he is not a bear.

Frank Tashlin wrote an ironic analysis of this bear's identity and an analysis of the identity of this bear. Bears did not fall asleep during hibernation from a bear in the cave. When the bear was hibernating, the factory was built above his cave. The bear woke up in the middle of a busy factory with a fast tempo. Every man he met, as always was confused, told him that he was not a bear. First, the bear determined his identity, but when the bear meets each of the more authoritative figures, the bear will become more annoying regardless of whether he is really a bear or not.
