Identifying my Personal Leadership Style

Empathy is a good force to make others open to others as individuals, but their feelings do not cause internal conflicts in the workplace. Empathy, especially value of employees' feelings, may become an excellent leadership skill, especially in difficult times. Because of my personal leadership skills, empathy helps me decide when someone is experiencing difficulties and helps to return individuals to productive employees.

Understanding the various leadership styles helps me to become an effective leader and find my personal leadership style deficiencies. If we can identify the defects of personal leadership, I will have the opportunity to understand.
