One of the most difficult times for children is to move that school from one school to another. They have to get used to new colleagues, teachers and groups of school communities. These children must face isolation and loneliness. In most cases, this is a few weeks before students relax. However, for immigrants, this process and challenges are more extreme and difficult to overcome. When an English learner (ELL) enters a new school system, they are exposed to the cultural mud of the new land (Gunderson, 2000).

The school is dedicated to the needs of students who are at risk of hazardous substances. School counselors are ideal for students who are at risk of drug abuse.
